I just wanted to praise One Source Heating and Cooling. Our heat went out yesterday and they were highly recommended to us. They had someone here within an hour and a half on Sunday, this man’s name was Tyler, and could not have asked for a more quick response from him letting me know he was on his way. They could not get the part we needed until this morning, Monday, February 22nd, so thankfully, it did not get that cold last night and we had plenty of warming blankets to use. They got here today and had everything done within a few hours and they made sure to check the air and the heat before they left. Mike and another young man came today and during the service they let me know what they were doing and explained everything to me so that I would understand clearly. It is hard to find reliable companies these days and when you find one that goes above and beyond to take care of their customers speaks volumes.
